Vhodn\u00e9 jsou vytrvalostn\u00ed sporty jako je b\u011bh, cyklistika nebo plav\u00e1n\u00ed. Dobr\u00e9 jsou i m\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 sporty a tak\u00e9 turistika.
